A chic and minimalist fine bone china pudding plate made in England.

In a warm, neutral shade, the elegant rim on this bone china plate is hand-painted by a skilled artisan in Stoke-on-Trent. Each item has a 'rolled edge' meaning the colour can be seen from the side as well as above.

This straightforward and chic pattern is ideal 'day-to-night' tableware, especially when paired with glamorous side plates from the French Grey collection with gold banding. 

Bone china is the most practical type of tableware as well as the most elegant. With extremely high calcium content compared to standard porcelain, it is so thin because it is so strong. Xavier Britain bone china tableware is extremely resilient & chip resistant - and it's dishwasher-safe.

A smart design that is sits comfortably by itself or alongside other, more detailed patterns.

The Classic Collection

The Xavier Britain Classic Collection is a celebration of the finest British craftsmanship. Each piece is meticulously crafted by hand in Stoke-on-Trent, from clay to kiln. 

With at least 50% animal bone ash content, Xavier bone china tableware is uniquely resilient and strong. It will stand the test of time and become a new family heirloom.

Materials

All Xavier Britain tableware is made from top grade English 'fine bone china'.

The ingredients used in making our ceramics, from the bone china body to the enamel colours and lithographs used in decoration, as well as the custom designed packaging are all sourced from and prepared by local suppliers in Stoke-on-Trent, England.

Dishwashers & Care Guide

Fine bone china is one of the toughest ceramic materials on the market with high levels of calcium content.

Each item is dishwasher-safe, and will last for decades if not centuries.

Even items decorated with gold or hand-painted rims can be put in dishwashers. We do recommend using a cold or delicate setting to prevent tarnishing, however, as well as liquid detergent.

The only rule is that our china isn't put in a cupboard for special occasions. It's robust, resilient and ready to party!
